Xenith Solutions in the United States is seeking a Business Process Subject Matter Specialist to support the DLA HMMS PMO. This senior role leads functional and technical efforts across HMMS migrations, upgrades, and cybersecurity coordination, ensuring compliant, reliable system changes.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of relevant HMMS experience.
• Five (5) years of environmental and systems experience; or a related degree plus at least three (3) years in environmental field.
• Five (5) years of HMMS/DoD ACAT III IT development program experience with PMO, systems engineering, cost analysis, and configuration-management assessments.
• Hands-on DoD lifecycle management knowledge and understanding of DLA policies governing system changes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• An IT-II security clearance or NACLC at proposal submission time.
• A relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior DoD officials.
• Lead Environmental SME must be an employee of the prime contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing contractor technical efforts and act as Government's contractor point of contact.
• Lead HMMS migrations, connections, re-hosting, upgrades, and other government-directed initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Perform high-level functional systems analysis and advise on design, integration, and documentation of HMMS applications.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, and documentation.
• Ensure deliverables, integration plans, testing needs, training plans, and government documentation are coordinated.
• Create and update project plans, agendas, minutes, and program artifacts.
• Coordinate with HMMS support contractors, PMO personnel, and key stakeholders.
• Provide senior guidance on hazardous-material processes, environmental information management, and DoD procedures.
• Support information assurance and cybersecurity documentation, including eMASS and firewall-exception requests.
• Present complex information clearly to senior military and non-DoD officials.
