You will collaborate with suppliers, machine integration and validation teams to optimize performance, cost, and user experience while addressing design inquiries. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in human factors, ergonomics or related occupation.
• Experience with electromechanical components and systems.
• Experience with CREO or other 3D modeling tools.
• Collaborating with suppliers and end customers to develop and supply products.

Responsibilities

• Configure HMI systems and design operator seats and controls.
• Lead multiple projects, meeting quality, cost, and timing deliverables.
• Collaborate with suppliers, machine integration teams, and validation teams.
• Participate in DFMEA & PFMEA exercises and validation planning.
• Provide technical leadership for HMI systems and leverage latest technologies.
