Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of HL7 integration experience in hospital-related environments.
• Expert understanding of HL7 v2, DICOM, FHIR and IHE profiles.
• Experience in designing, implementing, validating and documenting complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HL7 integration projects across Synapse product lines (end-to-end design).
• Perform enterprise data migrations and interface integration with third-party systems.
• Develop reusable integration patterns and secure end-to-end communication.
• Produce customer-specific design docs, best-practice docs, and test plans.
• Mentor peers and drive knowledge transfer within teams.
