Qualifications
- 8+ years of healthcare integration experience including HL7 and FHIR.
- Proven ability to design, implement, test, and support integrations.
- Experience with HIPAA and healthcare data security is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise healthcare integrations using HL7/FHIR.
- Design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions across systems.
- Mentor engineers and establish integration best practices.
- Drive performance, reliability, observability, and security.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Document standards, governance, and patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across distributed systems.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements.
