Responsibilities

• Supervise staff leading prevention programs at the Newark site.
• Provide orientation for new prevention staff and ensure protocol compliance for CDC and grant requirements.
• Coordinate HIV prevention retreats with other prevention staff.
• Coordinate self-testing kit programs with grassroots agencies.
• Monitor all HIV testing activities and partner agency activities for self-testing kits.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity building for prevention programs.
• Develop and monitor social media campaigns for specified populations.
• Develop protocols and marketing for PrEP awareness with the Director of Prevention and Statewide CTR Manager.
• Represent Hyacinth at county and state programs, events, and committees.
• Streamline activities across Hyacinth locations around CDC awareness day activities.
• Monitor outreach and health education/risk reduction activities to meet goals.
• Foster relationships with community partners and ensure professional development of staff.
• Evaluate and develop plans to enhance program effectiveness.
• Ensure data collection per agency procedures and funding requirements.
