Job summary

EXRE protein in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Technical Support Specialist with deep expertise in histology, flow cytometry, and stem cell culture to support our multi-disciplinary portfolios. You will provide advanced technical support, train customers, and perform on-site visits across GMP‑like settings.

You will collaborate with R&D and QA to troubleshoot complex workflows, optimize protocols, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions for research and therapeutic applications.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in cell biology, immunology, stem cell biology, or related field.
• 2+ years in histology/IHC; HT/HTL certification a plus.
• 2+ years flow cytometry instrument operation and multicolor panel support.
• 3+ years human pluripotent stem cell culture/differentiation experience.
• Experience in a GLP/GMP environment is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, cross‑functional technical support for histology, flow cytometry, and stem cell therapy portfolios.
• Train customers on histology/IHC, flow cytometry, and advanced cell culture techniques.
• Perform on‑site and field support to troubleshoot complex workflows and optimize protocols.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and manufacturing to resolve advanced technical issues and ensure compliance.
• Develop and update technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
