Responsibilities

• Reviews incomplete lists for discharge dates and researches problems to assure discharges are completed.
• Analyzes records of physicians and informs them of any missing items; updates facility lists and coordinates record completion.
• Pulls records, files incomplete and updated records; maintains, declutters and provides workspace and supplies as needed for physicians.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
