Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Health Information Management experience in acute care or healthcare setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and HIM applications.
• Ability to work with regulatory requirements and HIPAA.
• Strong analytical and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze medical records for completeness and manage deficiencies per regulations.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues and maintain Master Patient Index accuracy.
• Process and reconcile rejected orders; support provider completion workflows.
• Support release of information requests in compliance with standards.
• Ensure HIPAA and patient confidentiality compliance.
