Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced HIM functions including document imaging and indexing.
• Analyze medical records for completeness and manage deficiencies.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues and MPN accuracy.
• Process ROI requests in compliance with standards.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
