Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across HIM functions: document imaging, chart collection, birth certificates, deficiency analysis, EMPI, central audit and ROI.
• Lead staffing, training, and workflow assessment to improve efficiency.
• Respond to questions from internal and external customers including HIM associates, clinicians and physicians.
• Distribute workload daily to meet targets and guide projects and tasks.
