Job summary

French & Parrello Associates seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Highway & Traffic practice in Camden, NJ. This role guides multidisciplinary teams, strengthens client relationships, and delivers complex transportation projects for public agencies.

The successful candidate will manage scope, schedule, and budget, oversee design deliverables with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation, and mentor staff while pursuing new opportunities to grow FPA's practice in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey required.
• 12+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience with increasing project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Project Principal on transportation engineering projects for local, county, state, and federal agencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams in the planning, design, permitting, and construction support phases of transportation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee the preparation of design plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and supporting documentation utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
• Provide quality control reviews and ensure compliance with applicable design standards and agency requirements.
