The position requires a CDL permit, eventual Class A endorsements, and participation in pre-employment physicals and drug testing.

Qualifications

• CDL permit upon hire; Class A endorsements within 5 months following hire date.
• Pre-employment physical and pre-employment drug screen; ongoing random testing.
• Residency within 45 minutes driving time of Carlisle Maintenance Garage within 5 months from hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead with supervisor to plan, coordinate, and drive team success.
• Respond to emergencies such as accidents or urgent repairs.
• Coordinate snow operations and operate snow equipment.
• Use technology/software to manage daily office tasks and workflows.
• Host daily operational meetings and monthly safety huddles.
• Assist with traffic control maintenance and CDL training support.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Post-secondary education credits (30 sem hrs = 1 year)
