Overview

• Lead the development of transportation project plans for public infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Manage and mentor junior staff while serving as a task lead.
• Assemble complete design packages or portions of larger projects.
• Conduct quality control reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 5-10 years of progressive roadway engineering experience.
• Experience with MassDOT or other New England DOTs required; municipal experience a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with proposal writing, budgeting, and public presentations preferred.
• Multi-modal and Complete Streets design experience a plus.
