Job summary

Qualifications

BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
10+ years of transportation experience, with highway engineering preferred.
Professional Engineer license is required.
Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads.

Responsibilities

Complete highway design, drainage design, alignments, and related transportation engineering tasks.
Develop preliminary and detailed design plans, specs, and cost estimates.
Maintain records for design documents, progress reports, budgets, schedules, and decisions.
Coordinate with project managers, staff, clients, subconsultants, regulators, and other disciplines.
Mentor junior engineers and support client meetings, scheduling, and project development tasks.
Provide technical support during construction, including RFIs, site visits, and progress reviews.
