GeoStabilization International® is seeking a Union Superintendent based in Folsom, NJ, to lead a union crew installing guardrail and highway safety structures. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader to ensure safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of construction experience and proficiency with various equipment, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is essential, and a CDL is preferred.

The position offers an attractive salary range of $125,000—$140,000 USD and a commitment to diversity in hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of highway, roadway, or heavy/civil construction experience.
• At least 2 years in a foreman or lead role.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a union crew installing highway safety hardware.
• Plan daily work and set production goals for job completion.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inspections.
• Ensure site work matches contract documents.
• Coordinate traffic control and equipment use.
• Mentor, train, and develop crew members.
