GeoStabilization International® seeks a Rail Infrastructure Superintendent to lead field crews on slope stabilization and geohazard mitigation projects across the U.S. This role requires extensive experience managing railroad crews and involves high travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing field crews on active railroad right-of-way, in MOW construction, or in closely related infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with FRA compliance and Roadway Worker Protection.
• Proven track record leading crews on demanding jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews executing slope stabilization and emergency response projects.
• Create site-specific safety plans.
• Manage production, schedule, and budget performance.
