Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree is required.
• Texas Professional Engineer license required.
• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manages project(s) in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to develop a risk adverse project scope and fee.
• Develop project specific Project Management Plans/Quality Management Plan.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Manage subconsultants and external partners.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks; prepare extra work order requests.
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in office project financial status meetings.
• Build relationships with clients to meet needs and requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and review invoices.
• Lead in project status updates and presentations.
• Assist leadership with marketing: Go/No-Go, proposals, interviews.
• Coordinate and guide technical resources for high-quality outcomes.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to project team.
