Job summary

Jobot, an established civil engineering firm headquartered in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join our growing Transportation Planning and Design team in Columbus. You will contribute to all project phases, from concept through final plan preparation, delivering highway designs and coordinating with regulatory agencies and utilities.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree and PE in Ohio, 8–10 years of civil experience, and proficiency with CAD/design software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8–10 years of civil engineering experience, with highway/ODOT exposure.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for project reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway design projects from concept to final plans.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and utilities throughout project lifecycle.
• Review plans and calculations, mentoring junior staff.
