MasTec Civil in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to direct and oversee highway and bridge projects. You will plan, manage construction activities, ensure schedule, budget, and safety compliance across the project team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years in heavy construction with bridge/ DOT experience, excellent communication, and leadership to coordinate foremen and subcontractors while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in heavy construction, including bridges, highways and DOT projects.
• Must have bridge, roadwork, and DOT experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read blueprints, contracts and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee all construction activities on the assigned project and discipline.
• Lead the project team to maximize profit and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor progress, manage resources and coordinate with foremen and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with scope and milestones.
