HDR, Inc. seeks an Area Highway Digital Design Lead to guide digital design, BIM, and 3D modeling for highway and local roads projects. You will collaborate with HDR’s Transportation Digital Delivery leadership and cross-disciplinary teams to raise the standard of model-based delivery.

You will blend strategy with hands-on delivery and staff development. A civil engineering degree plus 5+ years in BIM/delivery is preferred, with strong communication and mentoring skills to grow regional

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital design (BIM) and 3+ years digital delivery (model management).
• Advanced BIM and data practices (4D, clash detection, model health).
• Experience implementing CAD/BIM standards and common data environments.
• Strong client service, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital design, BIM, and 3D modeling for highways and local roads projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and HDR Transportation Digital Delivery leadership.
• Develop and maintain client-specific digital delivery standards, workspaces, and workflows.
• Lead model-based quality reviews and resolve coordination issues.
• Build area capability through training, mentoring, and regional worksharing.
• Advise on digital delivery budgets, scopes, and schedules; align resources.
• Support marketing, pursuits, and client engagement by showcasing HDR’s capabilities.
