Alexander Chapman Ltd partners with a leading investment firm to recruit an Investment Analyst for the High Yield Credit team. You will support evaluation and selection of opportunities, conducting fundamental credit analysis and in-depth financial research to identify attractive risk-adjusted returns.

You will build financial models, assess leverage and cash flows, monitor market developments, and prepare investment memoranda for the team. Collaborative environment and fast-paced work culture.

Formación

• Experience in high yield credit research, fixed income investing, leveraged finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate credit analysis, financial modeling, and capital structures.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial research skills.
• Ability to assess credit risk, identify investment opportunities, and communicate investment views effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced investment environment

Responsabilidades

• Conduct fundamental credit research and financial analysis across high yield corporate issuers.
• Analyze financial statements, capital structures, leverage, liquidity, cash flow generation, and debt repayment capacity.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess creditworthiness and downside scenarios.
• Evaluate investment opportunities through industry research, company analysis, and relative value assessments.
• Monitor portfolio holdings, market developments, credit spreads, and issuer-specific events.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present credit recommendations to the investment team.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
