Methode Electronics in the United States is seeking a Senior High Voltage Electronics Engineer to lead a technical team from concept to production of high‑efficiency power conversion systems. You will guide hardware architecture, planar transformer design, and advanced thermal management for high‑voltage PCBs.

Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams, designing thermal solutions, and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (MS/PhD preferred).
• 5+ years in high‑voltage hardware, board design, and project leadership.
• Thermal management expertise for high‑power electronics and PCB cooling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional technical teams (software, mechanical, layout) to deliver concept to production.
• Design thermal solutions for high‑power density PCBs and heat sink integration.
• Develop planar transformers/inductors for high‑frequency, high‑voltage converters.
• Lead HV PCB layout architectures with embedded winding structures for planar magnetics.
• Ensure creepage, clearance, and isolation per safety standards.
• Simulate circuits, magnetics, and thermal performance using SPICE/PLECS/Ansys Icepak.
