Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Test and Validation Engineer to drive test system design and verification validation for high-speed cable assemblies used in data centers and wireless infrastructure. You will independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust product validation from analysis to production.

The role requires a strong background in high-speed testing, extensive experience with oscilloscopes, network analyzers and BER testers, and advanced Python

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
10+ years in a high-speed test engineering role.
Experience with high-speed cable assemblies (DAC, twin-ax).
Experience with high-speed test equipment (DSO, VNA, BER tester).
Strong Python programming and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead test system design and validation for high-speed products.
Execute verification-testing and production qualification.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and operations teams.
Provide data-driven recommendations and drive improvements.
