Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Strategic Product Development Manager to drive the development and marketing of High‑Speed IO Cable products including 224G, 336G, 448G, and PCIe Gen 7+ family. You will work with industry thought leaders, collaborative teams, and key customers to shape product strategies and opportunities globally.

BS in engineering or embedded software preferred; MBA a plus.
7+ years in product management, business development or engineering management in electrical/electronic manufacturing.
Experience leading high‑speed cable industry initiatives and industry thought leadership.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with industry leaders and customer teams to discuss product strategies and development plans.
Define customer requirements and align Amphenol's product roadmap to market needs.
Develop forward-looking viewpoints to influence the high‑speed I/O cable direction.
Lead strategic product and market direction for future products and key customer relationships.
Create marketing materials and promote products to industry and potential customers.
Mentor mid‑career product managers to grow technical credibility with customers.
