The role emphasizes Design for Manufacturing, Design for Test, and cross-functional collaboration with Systems, Software, and Mechanical teams to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in high-speed digital design for complex multilayer PCBs (12+ layers).
• End-to-end circuit card development from concept to production.
• Proficiency with PCB design tools and SI/PI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed digital CCAs from requirements to production.
• Mentor Hardware Engineers on high-speed digital design and PCB layout.
• Ensure SI/PI via modeling, simulation and validation.
• Drive Design to Cost, DFM, and DFT for producible designs.
• Support hardware verification, testing, and RCA activities.
• Collaborate across Systems, Software, and Mechanical teams.
