You will bring advanced degrees and 5+ years of experience, with hands-on use of leading design tools and EM simulators, plus strong communication to document and coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong analog design fundamentals for broadband amplification and clocking.
• Experience with analog design and verification tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, post-layout extraction).
• Knowledge of CMOS design and verification flows; electromigration/SOA awareness.
• EM simulation tools knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed analog circuits for transceivers and related analog blocks.
• Develop clock generation and distribution (VCOs, PLL, distribution).
• Create and verify fundamental analog blocks (bandgap, LDO, temp sensors).
• Explore new techniques for next-gen optical transceivers.
• Design custom passives; supervise analog layouts in advanced nodes.
• Support silicon bring-up, debugging, and documentation.
• Perform system verification and create circuit design specs.
• Collaborate across team and document progress.
