Michael Page is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a well-established commercial/multifamily builder with a century-long track record. The role focuses on leading day-to-day field operations, safety, quality, and site logistics on large-scale projects.

You will develop schedules to meet milestones, coordinate subcontractors, and mentor field staff while partnering with project management, clients, and design consultants to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Background in multifamily, student housing, or high-rise construction.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, tower sequencing, and construction flow.
• Stable employment history demonstrating long-term tenure and commitment.
• Humble, team-oriented leader with a builder mentality and coaching mindset.
