Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of engineering experience in high-rise facilities.

• Experience with safety systems, inspections, and elevator systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct efficiency analyses and energy savings audits quarterly.
• Supervise full maintenance team and coordinate services.
