Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or building systems engineering are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of building systems.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all building systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues in residential units and common areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor and optimize energy usage throughout the building.
• Respond promptly to building emergencies and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance.
• Address maintenance requests from residents professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Manage and train maintenance team.
