Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or closely related field required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline leading to NC K-12 School Administrator licensure required.
• Teacher certification and current NC principal licensure (or ability to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate assigned programs and staff.
• Develop and enforce school-wide expectations and procedures.
• Communicate effectively about programs, achievements, and needs.
• Coordinate professional development for teachers and staff.
