Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Sr Staff HPM Engineer to lead High Power Microwave architectures and strategy across multiple programs. You will mentor engineers, drive technical roadmaps, and support technical reviews with customers and leadership.

The role requires deep RF/HPM expertise, hands-on testing, and the ability to influence across disciplines while ensuring security clearance readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with related STEM field required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years in electrical/RF engineering with high-power microwave focus.
• Expert-level CST/HFSS/COMSOL proficiency and hands-on lab experience.
• Ability to lead technical teams and develop competitive proposals.
• US Citizen with capability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive HPM system architecture and roadmaps across programs.
• Act as technical authority for HPM design, analysis, and test.
• Lead trade studies, risk assessments, and root-cause investigations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training.
• Contribute to technical volumes, BOE, and competitive strategy.
• Engage in customer reviews, TIMs, and milestone reviews.
• Translate IRAD results into program applications.
