You will prototype, analyze, and validate power electronics subsystems, coordinating with an engineering team to deliver reliable, safe, and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, architecture leadership, and mentorship, requiring extensive experience across the product lifecycle and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering.
• 12+ years of industry experience across the product lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Jira knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype and design critical power electronics subsystems.
• Develop system-level power budgets.
• Lead power electronics subsystem integration for large phased arrays.
• Define high voltage safety standards and lead integration milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers on design and testing.
• Mentor junior engineers in power system fundamentals.
