Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Family Risk Specialist in Exeter, NH to assess personal risk exposures and tailor protection plans for individuals and families. You will manage personal lines opportunities, drive revenue through advisory sales, and develop a robust client network.

The role emphasizes discovery conversations, coverage evaluation, and collaboration with carriers to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of personal lines insurance, consultative sales, risk advisory, financial services, or related client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery conversations, assess client needs, and explain coverage options.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client’s assets, lifestyle and exposures.
• Develop integrated home/auto/umbrella personal lines coverage packages and advise on protection strategy.
• Build relationships and generate referrals through networking and client management.
• Document findings, recommendations and client decisions; coordinate with carriers and underwriters.
