SHR General Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager for high-end residential projects in New York and Connecticut. The role requires 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years on high-end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.

You will lead pre-construction planning through construction execution, oversee budgets, manage project documentation, and coordinate with the design team and clients.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction experience
• 3 years high end residential experience
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Direct responsibility from pre-construction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
• Report directly to senior management
• Oversee budget management
• Development and management of all project documentation
• Subcontractor contract management
• Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.
• At least 3 years of project management experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
• Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
