CLT Recruiters is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a high-end residential General Contractor in New York, NY. The role covers from pre-construction through construction, with direct reporting to senior management and accountability for budget oversight.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in luxury residential work, and hold a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (or equivalent).

High End Residential Project Manager Needed

Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to fill an opening with a High End Residential General Contractor located in New York, NY. Interested candidates should have 5+ years construction experience with at least 3 years of that experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - NYC Luxury Residential Construction

• Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from pre-construction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
• Report directly to senior management
• Oversee budget management
• Development and management of all project documentation
• Subcontractor contract management
• Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.
