This role involves managing high-end residential projects from start to finish, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, and within budget. Candidates should have 1-5+ years of project management experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A degree in a relevant field is preferred. Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems in NYC.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or support all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Secure and track permits and approvals.
