Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Corporate Interiors to coordinate information and authorizations for projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality.

The role requires 2-5 years in commercial construction, strong communication, and proficiency with ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Office. Salary ranges from $77,000 to $110,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a 4-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including work with a commercial general contractor
• Experience on commercial job sites is highly preferred
• Strong communication and ability to interpret data into clear information

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards.
• File required documentation.
• Assist in budgeting for assigned projects.
• Develop pre-construction RFP package.
• Assist in project meetings, milestones and owner reports.
• Establish and manage RFIs, submittals, pay apps.
• Update project schedule and ensure quality control.
• Assist in closeout process.
• Collaborate with superintendent and site operations team
