Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or operations within semiconductors, power electronics, or infrastructure markets.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to create structured execution dashboards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Execution: Own the successful execution of assigned customer programs.
• Volume Ramp & Supply Coordination: Understand forecast, coordinate with supply chain, monitor ramp.
• Engineering Samples & NPI Management: Plan, forecast, and deliver samples; track dates and statuses.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance: Coordinate across Product Line Management, Design Engineering, Applications, Operations, Quality, Sales.
