Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (software, cloud, security, data & analytics).
• 5+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor on Health & Human Services and Public Health solutions for state & local government agencies.
• Define and drive technical business strategy with Public Health Business Development Manager.
• Lead architecture design sessions, deep-dives, and PoC engagements for interoperability and population health use cases.
• Provide guidance on data platforms, analytics and ML, GenAI, and secure architectures meeting public sector requirements.
• Partner with account teams to accelerate sales cycles with HHS/Public Health domain expertise.
• Present at AWS events and publish external-facing content showcasing best practices.
• Obtain SA Associate and SA Pro certifications within specified timelines.
