Job summary

Rocket Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) & Pricing to lead the integrated value, evidence and pricing framework for our gene therapy portfolio, with focus on rare genetic cardiomyopathies and one-time in-vivo AAV therapies.

You will shape payer evidence generation, oversee global pharmacoeconomic models and data-gap strategies, drive global pricing architecture, access readiness, and collaborate across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, or related field.
• 15+ years in pharmacoeconomics, HTA, or value evidence in biopharma.
• Proven ability to lead HEOR strategy and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with pricing and access for specialty or high-value therapies.
• Strong communication of complex HEOR concepts to executives and payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated value, evidence and economic strategy for Rocket therapies.
• Develop global HEOR strategy and tactics aligned with product strategy and market access priorities.
• Define global pricing architecture and health-system access strategies for one-time gene therapies.
• Oversee evidence generation, including budget impact, cost-effectiveness and RWE studies.
• Translate HEOR evidence into payer-facing tools and materials (AMCP dossiers, value communications).
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Product Strategy and Marketing on integrated value plans.
