Job summary

Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Senior Consultant based in the United States for a Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) practice. You will design and deliver evidence-generation projects, present scientific findings to clients, and guide junior team members.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 5+ years of healthcare consulting/HEOR experience.
• Expertise in at least one core HEOR area: health economics, HEOR statistics, HTA strategy, or value communication.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to mentor junior members and lead technical work independently.
• Proven ability to translate evidence into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver HEOR solutions for client projects with high quality outputs.
• Lead technical work and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Engage with clients as daily project contact and scientific presenter.
• Support business development through scoping, proposals, and budgeting.
• Contribute to thought leadership and apply emerging HEOR methodologies.
• Balance project delivery with development and proposals (70/20/10).
