Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Marketing Specialist for Hematology. The role focuses on TL engagements, bridging regional markets with HQ, and supporting regional brand strategy, Speaker training and education programs, and congress activities.

Responsibilities include collaboration with Field Medical, Sales, and Marketing teams, and development of compliant promotional education for HCPs.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
• Marketing, Sales Management, and/or launch experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with thought leader engagement, ad boards and speaker’s bureau strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large geographical territory.

Responsabilidades

• Support brand strategy and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in advisory boards and HCP consultant identification.
• Facilitate advisory boards and speaker programs.
• Coordinate regional physician discussions aligned with approved messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Home Office teams to implement regional plans.
