Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director to provide Clinical Development leadership on late-phase hematology trials, guiding design, conduct, and analysis and ensuring scientific and regulatory standards.

The role collaborates with regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and medical affairs, works on-site in a hybrid US setup, and offers a base salary with a 25% bonus target and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Clinical Development experience required.
• Medical Degree with 4+ years experience.
• Licensed to prescribe medicines independently for ≥2 years post internship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Scientist to provide clinical leadership across 2-3 study teams.
• Conduct medical monitoring activities including eligibility assessment, data review and safety monitoring.
• Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators.
• Serve as the point of contact for clinical issues between study team, investigators, ethics committees, steering committees, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead development and maintenance of clinical trial and regulatory documents with cross-functional teams.
