Job summary

North Point Technology at Fort Belvoir, VA seeks an experienced Helpdesk / Access Manager (Senior/Mid) to validate access for Army intelligence users to PKI-enabled databases and COIs. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and involves PKI trusted agent activities, entitlement management, and cross-domain operations.

The position covers 12-hour shifts, daily monitoring of access requests, and ongoing maintenance of COI access, DoD messaging, and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph or ability to obtain.
• Experience validating access to IC PKI-enabled databases and COIs.
• Ability to draft briefing slides for complex security topics.
• Experience in DoD/IC organizational messaging and cross-domain ops.

Responsibilities

• Execute 12 hours of service during regular hours; queues zero by COB Friday.
• Manage access to IC PKI databases; monitor SIPRNET/JWICS requests multiple times daily.
• Provide Tier 2 database support and account metrics management.
• Manage COI access for database users and approve requests.
• Handle entitlement management to ensure proper organization alignment.
• Maintain NATO SECRET reader groups access on SIPRNET/JWICS; monitor sites daily.
• Maintain Army organization structure within JEMS.
• Serve as PKI Trusted Agent for assigned personnel.
• Communicate with individuals to ensure accurate entries in FSD.
• Assist with certificate installation and coordinate with SSO.
• Create and maintain Access Management SOP and review biannually.
• Update Transaction Metrics weekly and produce ad hoc reports within 2 business days.
