Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Senior Help Desk Analyst in Jersey City, NJ for a 3-month contract to hire. The role focuses on timely Windows updates deployment to corporate workstations and assisting users to ensure hardware and applications meet business needs.

You will work in a small IS team, handle help desk requests, and maintain security, with a hybrid onsite schedule (3 days at the office). Prior Windows Desktop Administration experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Test and install Windows desktop updates.
• Install, configure, maintain, and administer desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones.
• Perform routine tasks within the IS Operations group such as backups, documentation, disaster recovery testing, production releases, system maintenance and integrated troubleshooting throughout the environment.
• Work effectively with the business users and the Information Services team members.
• Set and meet project schedules.
• Ensure desktop efficiency, integrity and security.

Job Titile: Senior Help Desk Analyst

Location: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Objective

Ensure the timely and effective deployment of Windows updates to corporate workstations. Work with users to ensure hardware and applications on desktops meet their business needs. Work within a small dynamic team and adjust to changing requirements or responsibilities easily and effectively. Respond to help desk requests and other technical problems to ensure that the day-to-day workflow of the Company is uninterrupted.

Responsibility

The position involves dealing with computer and data security on a daily basis. The organization recognizes its vulnerability to the danger of data corruption or illegal access to our systems. For this reason, this individual must be of high caliber, honest and conscientious.

• Test and install Windows desktop updates.

Qualification
