Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking experienced rotary-wing instructor pilots to support the USAF IFT-R program at the Dothan Training Center. You will conduct contact flight training and instrument familiarization for student pilots enrolled in the IFT-R program.

Qualified candidates hold FAA rotor-wing with instrument rating, FAA CFI(H) with instrument, and substantial flight/instruction experience, and must be a U.S. citizen to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• FAA rotor-wing certification with instrument rating.
• FAA Certificated Flight Instructor Helicopter with instrument rating.
• Total Flight Time minimums and instructor experience in military or FAA environments.
• U.S. citizen due to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contact flight training and instrument familiarization for USAF IFT-R.
• Coordinate with CAE USA staff and USAF to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage standardization, evaluation, and examiner plans including audits and reporting.
• Participate in continuous process improvements and safety programs.
