Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking a Supply Chain lead to manage a team of Material Coordinators during heavy maintenance events. You will ensure timely material delivery, optimize costs, and partner with MRO and internal teams to meet delivery dates.

The role requires experience in heavy maintenance coordination, strong planning skills, and a background in aviation or supply chain. Travel up to 30% and aviation industry familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Requires at least 2 years of experience as a heavy maintenance check coordinator, material planning or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) in aviation, supply chain or related field.
• Prefer airline experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials and services are obtained and delivered on schedule and at the lowest total cost.
• Communicate with MRO and Republic On-site reps on all material requested and expected delivery dates.
• Work with maintenance team on material concerns and provide options to meet delivery expectations.
• Attend pre-planning meetings with Maintenance Strategic Planning 2 weeks prior to induction.
• Ensure requirements are communicated, understood and executed across the Supply Chain organization.
• Monitor and validate inventory accuracy and core returns across heavy check locations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to improve internal heavy check operations and costs.
• Travel up to 30% of the time, including overnight travel.
