Job summary

Interactive CAD Services, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Heavy Maintenance Materials Coordinator to support materials on site for a major maintenance provider.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, Supplier Management and other Technical Operation teams to ensure timely material availability and resolve constraints. • Oversee the flow of unserviceable parts to ensure they are shipped promptly to designated repair shops.
• Monitor the return of unused material to AA stations.

Position: Heavy Maintenance Materials Coordinator – 11452

Position Type: W2 Contract-No Benefits

Position Location: Fort Myers, FL

Description:

This position is a member of the Material Planning HMV team. Your mission will be to provide materials support at one of our external heavy maintenance providers ensuring required materials are available on site in a timely fashion. Your team coordinates with Maintenance, Maintenance Control, Stores, Material Planning, Supplier Management, AOG Desk and other Technical Operation Departments to address material constraints and thereby protect the planned aircraft return to service.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in stressful situations during peak operations
