Qualifications

• 12+ years of lift supervision or heavy haul experience.

• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions; climbing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all critical lifting operations on worksites and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and signal personnel to plan safe lifts.
• Develop and review lift plans addressing crane size, configuration and rigging requirements.
• Ensure crane operations are coordinated with other site activities and areas are prepared.
• Provide training for rigging personnel and promote safety culture on site.
