• Lead oversized rail and heavy-haul projects from proposal development through final delivery and installation.
• Coordinate door-to-door rail and over-the-road shipments with transportation providers and suppliers.
• Review transportation proposals, engineering drawings, routing studies, and method statements to support project execution.
• Partner with factory teams to align transportation plans with manufacturing schedules and customer commitments.
• Coordinate pre-delivery activities with customers, marketing teams, and project stakeholders.
• Utilize transportation management systems to plan, track, and manage shipments effectively.
• Support international transportation activities by ensuring trade compliance and documentation requirements are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance shipping efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.
